Creative Director (Briarcliff Manor)

RISE of the Jack O'Lanterns is an event production company based in Westchester County, New York. We produce one of the largest month long Halloween-themed events in the country. Our events attract tens of thousands of visitors throughout the month of October. In 2015, our events will be in the New York, Los Angeles, and San Diego markets. We are a year-round staff of 30+ highly dedicated and motivated team members. We are looking for hard-working and dedicated individuals to help us bring our events to new locations around the US.

We are currently looking for a Creative Director to design and develop amazing art installations centered around the use of thousands of Jack O'Lanterns and other Halloween and fall-themed scenes.

We are looking for someone who can:

Candidates must have demonstrated experience with producing large-scale outdoor art installations. We are looking for someone with a real sense of creativity who can come up with amazingly creative art on a big scale. You must be able to thrive under pressure and work in a dynamic environment.

The Creative Director is responsible for all aspects of the creative process required to produce our events. During our event season, the creative director will be on-site working with production staff to assure optimal guest experience and interact with guests, suppliers, event staff, and media.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time year-round position that includes salary, health benefits, and paid time off. You will be required to work evenings and weekends during the event season. You may be required to work in our Briarcliff Manor, Peekskill, and/or Old Westbury locations in New York as well as our Los Angeles and San Diego locations in California in addition to any new locations we open in our efforts to expand our shows.
