Customer Service Representative


RISE of the Jack O'Lanterns is an event production company based in Westchester County, New York. We produce one of the largest month long Halloween-themed events in the country. Our events attract tens of thousands of visitors throughout the month of October. In 2015, our events will be in the Long Island, Los Angeles, and San Diego markets.

We have multiple openings for customer service representatives to operate our online ticket sales software and assist our customers via email, phone and chat. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented team players with the ability to multi-task. Training takes place at our call center in Peekskill, New York. This is a three-month position from August to early November with varying shifts to cover our call center and four event locations. We are looking to fill morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts. You must be able to attend training sessions during business hours.
